How to create an Instagram business account and make it awesome!
Creating an Instagram business account is similar to creating a personal Instagram profile with some minor setting changes.
Instagram is growing in its capabilities to help earn money and businesses are making the most out it. As of September 2017, there are more than 2 million active Instagram advertisers per month.
If you are new to Instagram, you might not be able to differentiate between individual accounts and business accounts on Instagram. This is because Instagram has similar profile features for both individuals and businesses.
Having a business Instagram account has its own advantages. And the benefits are expected to increase with rising influencers and advertisers on Instagram.

Please note: You need to have a Facebook Page to start your Instagram Business account. And you should be the admin of the Facebook page that you want to connect to Instagram.
Let’s quickly go through the basic steps of creating an Instagram Business account:
Download the Instagram app.
Select ‘setup with phone or email’.
Enter your business email address.
Enter your business name. This is the name that will be visible on your Instagram profile and people will use to find you on Instagram.
Select your username. Your username is also your Instagram handle. This can be changed later.
Click on Edit profile and select your Profile photo. Enter your website and bio.
Instagram profile automatically crops your image to a circular profile picture. So, be mindful while selecting your profile picture. In general, businesses use their logo as their profile picture.
Your Instagram Bio can be a maximum of 150 characters so make sure that you use this space wisely. We will discuss few examples later in this guide.
Now, to switch your Instagram account to a business account, click on the Gear icon on the profile. Select Switch to Business Profile.
Click on Choose Page. You can only select a page if you are the admin of the page.
Select your business page that you want to link to your Instagram account.
